2021—2022

Trywin Charitable Trust is prompt in activity and implementations, as it’s a Non-Governmental Organization working for the development of the socio-economic status of the rural poor.

We take this opportunity with immense pleasures to the present before you the activities of our Trywin Charitable Trust for the year end 31/03/2022. As like that of previous years- this year also we have implemented various social economic development programmes and awareness trainings to impact knowledge to the rural poor.

The important programmes of the year are Covid 19 relief program, Environment awareness program, Health awareness program, Help to poor and Free education to the Poor students. we can see also take up further programs, if any in the future by availing support from other funders bothnational and international.

Free Evening Tuition Centre

Most of the children covered in the project were from the villages of Madurai -North, Thiruppallai, Elumboor, Oomachikulam and Natham Block (15 Villages and 2 Panchayaths) Most of the students from poverty line, they were interested to studies, they don’t have ideas to develop their education to the next level, we planned to give the free evening tuition to them, they were willing to continue their education with the special tuition.

We arranged the teachers to conduct tuition to them, they identified the students which subject is tough to them to get marks. They decided to continue model test to them, they got improvement, they go scored our president asked the team to continue this project with every year for the rural poor students. This would encourage them to perform well.

moreover, we conducted the parents meeting at regular interval and counselling was given by Trywin Charitable Trust. To Educate them about the importance of education and explained them about the responsibility in giving education to their children. For wider coverage and support a needy survey is planned to be taken in the project villages along with the assessment of the need for evening coaching centers to be provided in the next academic year onwards.

Tree Plantation Program

Trywin Charitable Trust during this year we Conducted tree Plantation Day in our target area. The rural poor people are mostly illiterate and they have no or less knowledge about types of trees and it future,

We arranged the agriculture officer to conduct the meeting with them, then only they got awareness of the types of trees and its future. He explained the seed, germination, seasons, organic fertilizers, water management and marketing scope. They have understood well.

We gave them sample of trees and it seeds to sow their land. We assured them to follow with one year they expressed their eagerness to us. We assured six months training to them by the agriculture officer. He has wide knowledge about the tree plantation in these areas. Our president told them to support with all the ways. Tree plantation would became a successful day.

Health Awareness Program

We planned to focus on poor immunity patients, we selected five main places where people to going regular walking. We invited them to attend the program, people involved themselves to join the program. There was the chief doctor. Mr. Jeya Venkatesh consulted the people.

The team of the camp asked the people to give their blood report, and they were taking blood test, then they gave reports to the chief doctor. Our organisation members were joined and cooperate with people and the doctor team. He advised them to go regular walk, to change the food habits, to take good sleep and keep consume green leaves soups, fruits and nuts and butter milk daily. People were so happy for the above program.

Blood Donation Program

This year we have conducted the blood donation camp and join with Sivan blood bank; this program was conducted in the group of people which was college students. they were asking doubts about blood donation. the doctor explained them and they have got the ideas with clarity about it. our organization members were joined the camp and coordinate with the students.

We have distributed the hand out notices to them, it was telling clearly about blood donation which means what is, why, where to and how. Students were reading both the pages of handouts and brought to them.

50 of the students was willing to give the blood donation, they were telling us to give every year. We arranged them to give apple juice to all of them. Sivan blood bank gave them as blood donor participation certificate. our president wishes the youngster and share the greetings.

World women’s day program

This year we planned to celebrate the world women’s day differently from last year. This celebration must elevate the rural poor women from their ground level, it should be economic base, then only they have to develop their economic standards.so we invited the insurance company and ask them to introduce about insurance policies and it future, it gives the job opportunities.

Generally, the rural people are poor and illiterate, they born as poor, live as poor and die as poor, only some of them have succeeded in their life. they have no less knowledge about the insurance system and policies. Women’s day program was celebrated by Trywin Charitable Trust involving the members and other women from our area. the insurance officer is invited for the program, he explained about the general insurance policies which are aspects investment oriented and risk cover. the risk in their life will be covered as such and they will be made safety to some extent, the members frequently view membership participation and management as adequate substitutes for outside auditing and other forms of risk.

People got awareness of the insurance sector and it opportunities to develop, They were giving thanks to our organization and the insurance company. The good feel from the feedback department which is the celebration was to become poor women’s growth.

Help to the poor people

We have conducted the special meeting for this segment one. We went 7 taluk (Melur, Usilampatty, Vadipatty, Kallupatty, perayur, cholavandan and thirumangalam)and ask the people to come to join with us to help the poor people. Poor people were suffered from their basic needs, we called retired teacher, retired police officer and army people to join with us to do so.

We listed the people and their issues, there were children’s, male, female and old aged. We setup fund raise team to collect funds to meet out their issues. Most of the business group people came forward to took responsibilities. Our organization staff were coordinated with them, retired persons came to forward like volunteered, people welcomed.

There were born as poor but there were chanced to elevate and uplift to become social economic status one, only thing we have to support them we have to give ideas to them we have to love them. Swamy Vivekananda said serve man serve God. So we have to develop helping tendencies among the group of people, among the society’s.
